May help train entry level customer service representatives. 1 year minimum experience required. Ability to learn about a variety of insurance industry products. Ability to comprehend varied research information. Ability to understand service systems and legal compliance regulations. Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm preferred. Good analytical ability. For certain positions, experience in the Insurance industry is required. Excellent attendance, punctually. Ability to adapt well to changes. Ability to integrate and process information. Knowledge of Windows helpful. Ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
