Job Overview:

Provide engineering with test equipment from inventory. - Monitor and ensure lab M&TE compliance to ISO9001 certification and company quality policies - Responsible for equipment moves, deliveries and pick-ups as directed. Create material requisitions for equipment, parts, and tools to support engineering and manufacturing personnel - Interface with vendors and sales engineers regarding test equipment and tools, as directed by the Supervisor - Assist in ensuring timely calibration and repair of the test equipment inventory - Conduct monthly inventory of all test equipment. Generate database reports as required - Generate database reports and perform special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience working with various accounting and/or asset management databases, such as Oracle Enterprise systems, Fixed Assets Registers, Client AssetManager, or Microsoft Access - Experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel - Type at least 50 WPM - Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Planning, Accounting or Finance preferred - Organizational skills with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of measurement and test equipment general operation
