Job Descrption:
Information Technology Division is looking for assistance to provide computer desktop support for all POLA computer users per the following:
Certification:
  • A+ or Microsoft Desktop certification preferred but not required.
Experience using, installing, supporting and fixing:
  • Microsoft Office, including Access, applications
  • Windows OS
  • Dell PCs, Client printers, ThinkPad laptops
  • Tools for remote support (e.g. – Microsoft Remote Desktop, Dameware, Track-it)
 
Other:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
 Hours 
  • Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 (40 hours per week, some flexibility)
 Examples of Duties:
  • Answer calls at the IT Help Desk
  • Diagnose and repair user problems
  • Install hardware and software
  • Perform related duties with internal customers and IT staff
