Details: Our client, a top national retailer, is looking for a Product Manager to articulate the product vision in form of user mapping, stories, and requirements. In this role, you will translate customer experiences to delivery items and work closely with the engineering team to deliver.

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience as a Product Manager on an Agile team
  • Experience and strong understanding of the software development cycle, design research and A/B testing methods, and web analytics
  • Analytics Experience (A/B Testing, Adobe SiteCatalyst or Google Analytics experience)
  • Experience using Adobe data to quantify opportunities and verify product health metrics
  • Experience with Agile tools like JIRA
  • Experience managing the life cycle of Product features
  • Experience with making data driven product decisions on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with eCommerce technology platforms
  • Retail experience
  • Search experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Articulate the product vision in form of user mapping, stories, and requirements.
  • Translate customer experiences to delivery items and work closely with the engineering team to deliver.
  • Use Adobe data to quantify opportunities and verify product health metrics.
  • Accountable for definition of MVP and whether it meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate on detailed user stories aligning with high level goals.
  • Bring forth roadmap ideas based on knowledge of product, customers and team goals.
  • Responsible for reviewing analytics, customer feedback inputs, and meeting with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive the business and improve the customer experience.
  • Review intake submissions and to determine if the customer need is already in progress or if it meets team goals.
  • Creating Wiki page for new feature ideas that includes high level user stories and supporting data.
  • Assist for prioritizing features for feasibility discussions.
  • Assist in keeping the sprint team's backlog prioritized based on current enterprise priorities and goals and team roadmap.
  • Responsible for communicating all background, requirements, impacts and scope of a work effort.
  • Assist in prioritizing A/B test requests for their products.
  • Track and report KPIs and benefits after feature release.
  • Build business cases and setting goals.
  • Assist to identify scope and making trade-off decisions.
  • Manage relationships for management and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist in stakeholder identification, communication and approval management.
  • Drive product feature work with the development team and ensuring that all features are measurable.
  • Accountable for measuring success and providing clear communication around features and analytics.
  • Meet with cross functional teams, business stakeholders, and product teams on a daily basis in order to align on deliverables.
  • Assist in with ideation and roadmap management.
