Details: Our client, a top national retailer, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the development and maintenance of managed content widgets for the company website. In this role, you will translate stories into actionable work items between Engineering, Product and User Experience teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the development and maintenance of managed content widgets that appear on the homepage, category pages, sale pages and product list pages.
  • Work within the Agile framework and participate in daily standups and bi-weekly releases.
  • Work with Product Managers, User Experience Designers, QA, Developers and a Scrum Master daily and multiple teams across the digital organization.
  • Translate stories into actionable work items between Engineering, Product and User Experience teams.
  • Partner with QA to ensure that test data and scenarios are set up for stories and bugs to meet the definition of done.
  • Writing technical specifications, vetting of product requirements from cross-functional teams, facilitate communication between product and engineering about what's possible.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of patterns, API's and services used by other teams and product owners without owning prioritization, looking at the work as a whole.
  • Coordinate with various digital and enterprise teams to resolve the issues leading to a bad customer experience.
  • Help to triage and facilitate resolution of critical Production bugs.
  • Participate in daily stand ups in an Agile environment.
  • Maintain backlog of items in project.
  • Formulate business requirements and translate into stories.
  • Ensure that test data and scenarios are ready.
