Primary task is Data Entry from scanned images and some hardcopy documents. Other clerical task may include, but are not limited to: • General filing and records maintenance • Prepare routine correspondence • Word processing • Compile data for reports • Verify data • Process various documents • Operate office equipment • Maintain records Open mail and prepare documents for scanning Scan documents through scanning device • Distribute mail • Duplicate • And other established general clerical tasks • Demonstrate verbal and written communication. High School Diploma Experience with word Strong knowledge of Excel Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Problem solving & / or investigative skills Strong time management skills; effective and productive use of time Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks If necessary, willingness to stay over to meet throughput deadlines Relationship development Strong oral and written communication skills While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
