Details: Our client, a national financial leader, is looking for a Business Project Manager with experience delivering large cross-organizational projects. In this role, you will be part of a large program, managing a National Roll-Out (NRO) and support to end users.

  • Strong experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience with large roll-outs and managing through a variety of issues and escalations
  • Strong experience with project planning across a broad range of business units and work components
  • Experience identifying and managing the critical path of big project efforts
  • Strong experience delivering projects within scope, timeline and cost
  • Strong financial management skills including experience with creating/updating monthly forecasts, and review of actuals and variances
  • Strong executive presence and experience with facilitating core, owner and steering committee meetings

  • Financial Industry experience
  • Advice and Wealth Management industry experience
  • Ability to execute at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to manage cross-organizational teams to drive execution
  • Strong ability execute effectively with minimal guidance/leadership

  • Manage roll-out and support to end users.
  • Plan pilots and national roll-out (NRO) for the end users (clients, advisors and HQ support staff).
  • Define and execute the support needed for pilot users.
  • Define additional high touch / additional services to be made available to end users.
  • Manage feedback process for Pilot and NRO users.
  • Define and execute the approach for issue management.
  • Managing the list of end users for each pilot and NRO waves including exceptions and changes.
  • Provide migration reporting for each pilot and NRO wave.
  • Plan and execute communications and user training for corporate users.
  • Manage financials for the work stream and time-tracking for the associated roll-out team.
  • Consistently provide internal and external stakeholder communications and progress reports that effectively outline the project status, risks, issues and action plans to ensure project success.
  • Escalate to the Steering Committee/Project Sponsor risks and issues with potential significant impact.
  • Work effectively with business partners, vendors, technology, and project management staff to develop the project meeting agendas and ensure agreement/adoption of project objectives/deliverables by all affected constituencies.
