HR Project Specialist

Project Overview:                                
  • This role will support Company's Human Resources department. The team is looking for a specialist to assist the HR Project Development Director with current and upcoming projects, along with day-to-day business functions.
 
Responsibilities:                     
  • Support HR Project Development Director on various enterprise wide initiatives and projects.
  • Identify, collect and analyze data to create metrics and prepare presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives across the organization.
  • Track project timelines, coordinate scheduling and monitor the progress of deliverables.
  • Draft reports, meeting agendas, and other duties related to meeting preparation.
  • Lead the preparation for meetings: including meeting agendas, editing presentation material and/or training materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Partner with Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Benefits departments to drive programs.
  • Provide advice to employees on administration of policies and practices.
  • Special projects in support of the strategic initiatives.

Education and Certifications:                          
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in Human Resources department and office environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of increasingly responsible project support / analytic experience (with a focus on supporting projects, monitoring and reconciliation and report preparation).
  • Familiarity with HR functions preferred.
 
Work Schedule:                                                                      
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour day consisting of 7.5 workday plus a .5 unpaid lunch.
  • Paid for time worked only; there are no paid holidays, vacation or sick days
  • Overtime is not permitted unless authorized in advanced.
  • Contingent worker is required to badge in and out of the Main Lobby turnstiles for all daily entrances and exits.
