Details: Our client, a top national retailer, is looking for a Data Analytical Product Manager to track and effectively measure established KPIs for each online feature. In this role, you will execute operations as an individual contributor and focus on day-to-day data analysis specific to the life cycle of an order and the post purchase experiences online.

  • Experience as a Product Manager
  • Adobe Analytic / Omniture experience
  • Experience with data analysis and analytic reporting
  • Familiar with designing and analyzing the results of A/B Testing
  • Experience developing and communicating clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analysis
  • Experience with making data driven decisions
  • Relationship and stakeholder management experience

  • Retail experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Execute day-to-day operations as an individual contributor
  • Responsible for gaining Analytic team and Finance team alignment on the definition of success and what/how to measure the effectiveness of the features.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting KPIs and benefits to the product team after feature release.
  • Responsible for reviewing analytics, customer feedback inputs, and partnering with Product team and business. stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive the business and improve the customer experience.
  • Responsible for completing data analysis for A/B testing and ensuring appropriate reporting dashboards are available for monitoring the results.
  • Responsible for relationship management and building with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of opportunities to drive growth and engagement that can improve customer experiences.
  • Responsible for interpreting results and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Accountable for working cross functionally to define and automate key business metrics.
  • Accountable for measuring success and providing clear communication to finance and analytics around the KPIs that define success for the features.
  • Meet with analytic and finance team on a regular basis to refine and analyze the data available for features.
  • Ensure that we are able to roll up the data and present the outcomes of the success measurement to the product team and leadership.
