Job Description:
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Front desk reception (ensuring coverage when absent or away).
  • Schedules conference rooms
  • Schedules meetings and Sets up conference room
  • Orders food for meetings
  • Assist with special events
  • Maintains kitchen area
  • Maintains office equipment (copiers/fax machines/scanners)
  • Submits maintenance requests
  • Order Supplies and keeping inventory
  • Assist in new hire set-up Registers visitors to building
  • Assist with maintaining filing system
  • Copy and scan documents as necessary Send, receives, sorts, and distributes mail
  • Schedules and tracks overnight mails deliveries
  • Other duties as assigned    
Required skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Must be energetic and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral, and written communication skills
Education: HS Diploma + 5 years’ experience
