This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager in support of the Production Supervisors. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Under close supervision, assembles product packaging by performing the following duties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Visual inspection of parts for flaws and defects as defined.
* Fabrication of all column hardware assemblies, bed supports and ship kits.
* Sealing, packaging, and labeling of completed products including: columns (i.e. IC; OnGuard), suppressors, eluent generating cartridges, and reagents with associated literature.
* Fill out time sheet daily.
* Assist teammates in achieving goals, often requiring multi-tasking.
* Additional duties as assigned. 

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear and smell. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. * Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Interaction with Other Employees (level of contact, purpose and frequency) * Regularly communicate with the Production Lead and Production Supervisor to take the daily assignments and to report any relevant production related information during the work day. * Works frequently with Manufacturing Engineering to improve quality and/or throughput of products. * Builds stable working relationships internally.
