Key Responsibilities:

Assemble all levels of subassemblies to meet quality and productivity standardsTroubleshoot and test process/products with minimal assistanceProcess repairs on assemblies within a specified customer time frameAbility to critically assess processes, fixturing, and documentation to make constructive recommendations to improve

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredTwo year associate degree in electronics or similar field a plusRelated course work or work experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Physical activities: Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, repetitive motions, crawling and reading.Level of physical requirements: Medium Work. May require exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds of force frequently and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Level of visual acuity: Inspection and close assembly.Working conditions: Activities occur inside, hazards and atmospheric conditions, required to wear respirator at times when conditions warrant.Equipment/Tools: Personal computer, hand tools.
