Manager, Technical Marketing Writer

Job Overview:
The technical marketing writer works within the corporate brand team and serves as an in-house writing, interviewing, editing, and proofing resource for a variety of projects 
These include, but are not limited to: Blog posts Long-form articles Video and audio scripts Podcasts Webinars Training programs Newsletters Other tasks as assigned
The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep level of expertise in producing publication-ready deliverables about complex technology topics using knowledge gathered from creative briefs, relevant interviews and feedback from internal and external stakeholders, and established brand and corporate messaging.
The writer must take initiative in arranging and conducting interviews, as well as researching highly technical topics with global relevance.
He or she must be flexible and understand how to move projects through a dynamic and often multifaceted environmentfrom content inception, reviews and revisions, to approvals, publication and evaluation.


Minimum Qualifications:
For consideration, the candidate should provide a portfolio of published work of product-level marketing writing that communicates deeply technical topics as readable and compelling stories that appeal to broad audiences.
Newsroom and technology product writing and editing experience is required.
Bachelors degree or higher in journalism, communications, or a related practice area is required.


Preferred Qualifications:
Marketing agency experience is a plus.
Semiconductor and wireless tech background/knowledge is also a plus.
