Job Overview:
Process QTIL customer incentive/rebate claims for both direct and distributor business, including review/validation of customer claims, identification and communication with Sales/SalesOps/Customer Service for any discrepancies, preparation and SOX approval routing of credit memo/payment request forms with supporting documentation. Prepare and upload rebate accrual true up entries (increase/decrease accruals) in Oracle Trade Management. Review and validate system rebate accruals in Trade Management to ensure the completeness and accuracy of distributor OEM rebate accruals. Process QTIL sales rep commission payments, including preparation of sales rep commission files and payment packages, submission of the approved packages to AP for payment processing. Perform the assigned month/quarter-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and GL account reconciliations. Take on a variety of ad-hoc projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Accounting, Finance Business Administration, or related degree. Excellent communication skills. MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA/ Big 4 experience preferred. 2+ year Accounting/Finance experience in Hi-Tech industry preferred. Familiarity with Oracle, Oracle Trade Management a plus. Self-starter. Quick learners. Team players. Organized, responsible, and energetic individuals.
