Job Description
  • Client seeking a team of three resources, consisting of a Security Specialist, a System Admin, and a Tech Lead.
  • These positions will be key resources in augmentation of current contract and State staff to complete all work associated with an upgrade of the PeopleTools version from 8.54 to 8.56 to the Oracle Interaction HUB and FSCM products. The project scope will also be to bring the FSCM product current from 9.1 to 9.2.
  • These roles will be lead roles for the Interaction HUB portion of this project. The Interaction HUB project will run in tandem to the FSCM upgrade project and will require constant collaboration and organization.
Resource #1: Security Specialist
  • Review security changes and determine the impact to database and other software components based on PT8.56 and Fluid, Unified Navigation, and Federated tasks.
  • Review application changes and determine the impact to database and other software components.
  • Update database security privileges as database changes occur.
  • Recommend and implement application security changes to support needs of developers and business staff.
  • Serve as liaison for technical and security issues between developers and technical support staff.
  • Security changes are made as necessary to ensure the security of the systems.
  • Technical infrastructure issues impeding development and testing are resolved in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10 years' experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft Security
  • 8 years' experience working on ERP projects
  • 6 years' combined experience with PeopleSoft applications (HCM, FSCM, ELM, and/or EPM)
  • 6 years' combined experience with PeopleSoft User Profiles (Roles, Permissions)
  • 5 years' combined experience with PeopleSoft security solution design, development, and/or implementation
  • 2 years' experience working with Security on Oracle Interaction HUB with Unified Navigation
  • 5 years' combined experience creating documentation and/or providing knowledge transfer
Desired Skills
  • Experience in upgrading PeopleSoft version 8.54 to 8.56
  • Experience working with an Interaction hub
  • Experience working with Integration Broker
Resource #2: System Admin
  • Troubleshoot and support implementation of Interaction HUB through all phases of the project.
  • Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team as needed.
  • Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Work with software vendor to submit defects and issues.
  • Provide other project related experience as necessary.
  • Perform analysis to help resolve issues and document accordingly.
  • Create, document and track issues and resolution.
  • Complete technical specification documentation per standards.
Minimum Qualifications
· 5 years' combined experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Management System (FMS), and/or Interaction HUB.
· 5 years' combined experience with database management and administration concepts and procedures.
· 3 years' combined experience with Windows/Linux operating systems.
· 5 years' combined experience evaluating system performance, identifying performance issues, and recommending corrective actions to eliminate performance bottlenecks.
· 5 years' experience supporting enterprise application production systems.
· 3 years' experience configuring Integration Broker.

Resource #3: Tech Lead

  • 5 years' experience with project management systems with responsibility for technical design
