Information System Specialist

Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Experience in troubleshooting (i.e. resolving problems with software, hardware, configurations, etc.). Experience with one or more technologies listed in Section C.5.3. At least one (1) year of experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Providing end-user support (including help desk, if required for assigned task) for various software as listed in Section C.5.3 of this SOA, Information Systems Support
  • Providing user and desktop support for all client-side systems
  • Providing mobile device support (client-side) to include laptop, tablets, and iPhone assistance
  • Providing support and deployment for workstations and peripherals
  • Providing support for office moves and desktop configurations

  • Core work hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (40 hrs per week)
  • Must be US citizen

This position may require occasional weekend and/or overtime work.
