Project Manager

Job Overview:
-Provide overall project management for custom engineering service requests from external customers -Gather the requirements, confirm support availability and track the request from start to finish -Collaborate with Engineering teams, Legal, Contracts and key contributors to create SOW, agreement from both customer side and internal engineers and maintain the progress of multiple tasks -Align customer milestones with engineering deliverable timeline by collaborating with Client team -Work with Sales Ops and finance teams to track customer payment. Ensure that the paid amount is distributed to the correct departments. -Data mining and analysis to generate reports for management team -Ensure each project has a measure of success. Identifies, monitors, collects performance data, and reports out on measure of success throughout the project lifecycle -Maintain a tight sync with off shore regional teams to ensure that key project milestones are accurately captured and key issues are resolved in a timely manner -Manage customer technical requirement; maintain a smooth bridge between the customer and the engineer teams; coordinate with engineer teams and prioritize customer issues and offer fast responses. -Coordination of execution of completion of customer requirements on a daily basis; setting up meetings internally and externally and driving these to make sure customer requirements are understood clearly and are being met in the expected amount of time. -Lead meetings/discussions on key topics with the customers and internal terms.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office. Good to know is Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
-MBA with Engineering Degree (MSEE, MSCS, BSEE)
