Responsible for ATE Tester Maintenance (93K, iflex, uflex), including diags, board level troubleshooting, sw maintenance Responsible for ATE Handler (DeltaEdge) and Prober(TEL) support. Responsible for ESD compliance for lab. Responsible for performing setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from schematics, drawings, and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. As required, prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. Manage Lab Benches oPerform cal on all bench boxes. oKeep sw up-to-date on computers. Manage Ate testers (uflex, iflex, 93k) oWork w/ vendors for troubleshooting all testers and keeping diags run and tester operational w/ vendor support. Equipment Maintenance oTEL Prober oDeltaEdge Handler oTCU & Thermostream Floor tech and setup tech. Manage handler kits and docking solutions. Manage tester install and de-installs for upgrading and/or removal of equipment. Esd Site Coordinator Prepare and keep site esd compliant. Monitor Quarterly tracking. Soldering Tech oPerform soldering duties for all engineers for bench and ate hdw, test fixtures, dut cards, ate boards. oTroubleshoot hdw and debug new hdw, perform assembly and get ready for grr. Screen Parts / Data Collection. oAid in collecting data for engineers on both bench and ate for samples, characterization, DOEs. Shipping and Receiving oPerform etr, oBox and package things to be shipped/received.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires experience in testing digital and/or analog systems. Ability to read complicated drawings and utilize mathematics, handbook formulas, and a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments. 2-4 years minimum experience

An AA degree, military technical training or equivalent vocational training; additional education or certification beyond high school is required.
