All candidates MUST be Microsoft Office 2010 tested and .• Critical thinking skills and research based position. Problem solving skills helpful. Answers questions and resolves issues based on phone calls and emails from agencies and agents. Telephone etiquette tested and scores attached to resumes to be considered. Triages resulting rework to appropriate staff. Documents and tracks workflow for agents and uplines. • Explains agents rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract. • Educates agencies and agents on our self-service options • Assists agents with credentialing and re-credentialing issues. • Assists in preparation of complaint trend reports. •Performs financial data maintenance as necessary. (*) • Uses applicable system tools and resources to produce quality letters and spreadsheets in response to inquiries received.
Experience in a production environment. Customer experience in a service/transaction based environment preferred. High School or GED equivalent. College Degree Preferred.
