Details: Our client, a national financial leader, is looking for a Product Marketing Owner to own a part of the online client experience and define the strategy and lead execution by driving key initiatives and working with partners across the enterprise. In this role, you will update strategies and concepts, delivering enhancements focused on account data, transactional experiences and the client mobile app while leading innovative and imaginative teams to deliver high quality client experiences.

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Financial services or related business experience preferably in brokerage, cash management, and/or payment products
  • Experience managing web applications and familiarity with user interface/user experience principles
  • Understanding of online technologies and best practice
  • Experience translating business strategy into interactive client experiences
  • Strong BA and PM skills
  • Experience building and leveraging relationships in matrix organization
  • Experience establishing and monitoring key success measures (KPI's)
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and validate business, user, and technical requirements
  • Agile experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define the strategy and lead execution by driving key initiatives and working with partners across the enterprise.
  • Update strategies and concepts and delivering enhancements focused on account data and transactional experiences and the client mobile app.
  • Lead innovative and imaginative teams to deliver high quality client experience.
  • Act as Product Owner to lead Agile team through epic prioritization, story planning, backlog grooming and product delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key success measures (KPI's).
  • Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for online capabilities to support business objectives, drive results and meet client needs.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from definition through implementation; ensure deliverables, timeline and budgets are met.
  • Create and update detailed backlogs across a variety of product capabilities, including transactions, performance and displaying account data on both site and mobile app (phone and tablet).
  • Partner with business, user experience and technical teams across the organization to align on desired enhancements to online capabilities, refine concepts and execute on key initiatives.
  • Analyze client feedback and monitor competitive, industry, and channel best practices for possible application to company online capabilities.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate business, user, and technical requirements; ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and fit with stakeholder groups and site standards.
  • Assist with of creation of use cases, process flows, simulations/prototypes, and test cases; participate in testing and launch validation as needed.
  • Determine the impact of changes and enhancements on the end user and business.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing communications throughout the organization.
