Technical Service Representative 1

FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE - Ensure Automotive Coatings customer satisfaction by providing technical service in
customer plant on a wide range of products and application techniques.


1. Chemical and physical testing related to the treatment of paint overspray handling equipment, which includes
taking water samples and performing analysis including but not limited to pH, spectrophometer, and
weight solids. Use of basic lab equipment and practices will be required.
2. Inspection and review to insure proper operation of paint overspray handling equipment and application of
paint treatment chemicals including but not limited to chemical feeds, centrifuge operation, screen cleaning.
3. Data collection, analysis and the ability to develop corrective action plans is necessary.
4. Communications of issues-both internally to Client and to the customer.
5. Computer skills are needed to log data, analysis of data and report writing.
6. Inventory tracking and forecasting when required to ensure continuous process operation
7. Forklift operation and license are required.
8. Ability to work in a team environment and manage continuous process improvements.

Education Requirement
High School Diploma

Experience Preference
0-1 years of experience in a painting related field (IE: auto body shop)

Additional Prescreening Requirements:

(1 Mandatory) Education/Formal Training verification should include contacts made to reported educational institutions and previous employers to verify information contract employee provided.

(1 Optional - per Request) Some Client positions may require certain medical clearance before assignment such those requiring the wearing of respirators. Guidelines for such positions will be provided by Client.
