Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities
  • This Recruiters role would include, but not be limited to:
  • Overseeing the entire recruit process from start to finish at assigned location(s)
  • Consulting with hiring managers with respect to job requirements and prepare internal / external postings
  • Sourcing qualified candidates using the resume bank and all other sources
  • Coordinating the interview process between the candidate and hiring manager
  • Screen, interview and provide candidate recommendations for hiring manager
  • Conduct pre-screening and referencing of candidates
  • Negotiate offers and prepare the proper documentation (i.e. offer letters, CGRP Clearance)
  • Participate in Career Fairs when required
  • Work with Taleo Applicant Tracking System and ensure all actions and data are updated on a daily basis for each applicant through hire date, as applicable
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with local Human Resources Manager, other HR managers and the recruitment team
  • Follow company recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with AAP, EEOC, Conflict of Interest Programs for past/current military and OFCCP regulations through daily
  • Some domestic travel required for Career Fairs and Sector support/meetings
  • Will be required to work onsite at office in Plano 20 hours and new office being developed in McKinney, to attract qualified candidates for 20 hours, every week. Exact site shift assignment is to be determined.
  • High potential for contact with general job seekers as well as qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Extensive proactive customer service and company informational skills will be essential.
 
 
Skills Required
  • Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite is highly desired)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills


Experience & Education Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years previous Engineering/ Technology Recruiting experience as a Corporate Recruiter (preferably in Aerospace & Defense)
  • Proven ability to develop a proactive, sustained recruitment strategy for technical engineering roles
  • Previous experience using Taleo or other applicant tracking software. Proficiency using Taleo recently is highly desired
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
  • Demonstrated track record of recruiting success in technical disciplines.
