Title: Service Support Analyst- Junior

Description (including, but not limited to):
1. Technical assistance and support to IT team to deploy hardware and software to end users
2. Hands-on technical assistance installing PC devices
3. Ability to connect and troubleshoot PCs during installation and attaching to the network
4. Install application software products either through vendor install process or packaged in software management product
5. Minor hands-on training to end users on Windows 10 operating system
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Install and troubleshoot Windows PC hardware to end users  Required 1 year
Install software applications either by download or prepackaged from software management system Required 1 year
Basic troubleshooting to add PC devices to the network, add printers and reestablish browser shortcuts Required 1 year
Prepare Windows 10 images to PC devices Nice to have 6 Months
