Program Analyst - Connectivity SW Feature Review Board (FRB) Coordinator

The Connectivity SW FRB Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Feature Review Board (FRB) for Wifi/Bluetooth SW and Connectivity Technologies. Primary responsibility includes but is not limited to managing all aspects of the FRB lifecycle. This role will act in both a tactical as well as an advisory capacity to participating Program Managers/Analysts to ensure the FRB process is understood by stakeholders and data being submitted to the FRB meet requirements. This entails working in various system to initiate/create project plans and the cyclical review, reconciliation, processing of data maintained in those systems. The FRB coordinator must be able to manage large volumes of data, must have the ability to reconcile and analyze data across tools. Candidate must communicate concisely both verbally and in written communication. Strong understanding of Change Review Processing and SDLC are desirable. Successful candidate will possess the following characteristics: Ability to become a process expert in order to train new staff on methodology and to provide ongoing support as well as to ensure data accuracy across systems Ability to help drive continuous process improvements in the area of FRB management Enthusiasm with the tenacity to overcome all potential barriers to deliver under demanding conditions Effective organizational and communication skills in order to report regularly to management on volume and data accuracy metrix and escalations where necessary and appropriate Contributor to a positive environment which promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years in the following areas required: Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with Enterprise PPM applications Prior experience in Change Review Processes Prior experience in SW Program Management Project Analyst, Program Analyst, Program Management, Change Review
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Wireless, telecommunications, or computer network industry - Detail orientation and ability to manage data from multiple sources and establish clarity - Critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently - Experience working with global teams
