Contracts Administrator for Life Sciences/Healthcare

Our six-person legal department supports a wide range of contracting including the review and negotiation of customer, supplier and vendor contracts. We handle customer contracting with about 2,000 hospital located on 5 continents.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience as a contract assistant or contract administrator.
Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year college degree; and/or paralegal certificate; experience with hospital contracting; experience with procurement; familiarity with HIPAA.

Required: Associate's, Law & Administration or other Preferred: Bachelor's, Law & Administration or equivalent experience
