  • Experience performing business process development work including process swim lanes, control points, RACIs, SLA determinations, metrics development) is required.
  • Experience in a PM role, planning and controlling the efforts of others is required.
  • Experience in an IT Service Management or IT Asset management role is required.
  • Ameriprise specific experience is highly preferred.
 
Details: Our client, a national financial leader, is looking for a Business Process Analyst with IT Asset Management experience to perform analysis of business processes/operations, facilitate process documentation and definition, and develop metrics and reporting tools.
 
MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Business Process Analyst experience
  • Business process development experience including process swim lanes, control points, RACIs, SLA determinations and metrics development
  • Experience in a PM role including planning and controlling the efforts of others
  • Experience in an IT Service Management or IT Asset management role
  • Experience creating dynamic presentations and high-quality reporting throughout project lifecycle
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
 
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong experience in an analytical role
  • Technology Infrastructure experience
  • Development of IT Asset Management processes within a large financial services organization
  • Experience implementing ITSM processes on ServiceNow (specifically the Service Request Module)
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with project teams and stakeholders
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform analysis of business processes or operations in order to develop new or modified information processing systems.
  • Facilitate standards of process documentation, definition, and education, ensuring coordination of effort and key inputs and outputs of all processes.
  • Facilitate meetings between departments for inter-related processes to ensure desired process integration and overall consistency and effectiveness across the enterprise.
  • Develop metrics and reporting tools that can be used to measure effectiveness and efficiency of processes and systems.
  • Coordinate/assist with training sessions for the new processes and systems.
  • Coordinate service, process, and procedure rollouts, track and report progress on adoption.
  • Create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
  • Assist in oversight of day-to-day task management of other Process Analysts on the team.
