Support the AR18 (Annual Review 2018) process changes related to Project River/ Workday Provide first level support to inquiries that are submitted to the HR Annual Review Support Help Desk via the use of pre-established job aides, SharePoint folder and FAQs Triage and assign tickets to SMEs for more complex questions
Minimum Qualifications: 1-2 years of providing customer service experience. Experience with sharepoint, word and excel Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 years of providing customer service experience Education: Associate's degree required or equivalent work experience. | ||||
