Program Analyst, Sr

Provide overall technical project management for in-process and new initiative customer project from concept through production -Collaborate with Engineering teams and key contributors to gather data for root cause analysis and maintain the progress of multiple tasks -Review the customer portfolio on a monthly basis, prioritize customer projects and provide justification for technical support resource allocation -Drive customer issues to resolution, mitigate escalations and set expectations with the customer by collaborating with engineering on a daily basis -Engage with the customer by organizing trainings, reviewing the design concept, gathering project requirements, and analyzing the gaps & risk involved in product commercialization -Align customer milestones with hardware and software deliverable timeline by collaborating with product and program management -Data mining and analysis to generate reports for management team -Ensure each project has a measure of success. Identifies, monitors, collects performance data, and reports out on measure of success throughout the project lifecycle -Maintain a tight sync with off shore regional teams to ensure that key project milestones are accurately caputred and key issues are resolved in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of technical project management and industry experience in the following: -Engineering -Wireless industry experience -Managing mobile technology related large scale customer projects and relationships -Experience leading and directing engineers that are in independent functional organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
-MBA with Engineering Degree (MSEE, MSCS, BSEE)
