The Bay Area Human Resources team helps local organizations, teams and leaders in their people-related efforts, including staffing, employee engagement programs and learning. As an integrated member of the cross-functional team, the person fulfilling this position would contribute through program and event coordination, and HR administrative support. Specifically, we are looking for a self-driven, action oriented professional who will take the leadership for managing a variety of activities in collaboration with specialized and HR generalist team members: Scheduling, logistics planning for training programs and events, including new employee orientation, employee professional development classes, and teambuilding and regional events Internal HR communications (writing and editing announcements, email newsletters, website) Data management and analysis support Coordination and external partnership oversight for employee perquisites and on-site services Coordination of employee I-9 validation
Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years of administrative, training or human resources coordinator or equivalent work experience preferred Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel, MS Lync/Skype and PowerPoint. Event and/or training delivery planning and project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to create light presentations in Power Point Experience with Excel in creating and managing spreadsheets, pivot tables and charts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Collaborative team player Proactive Quick learner Highly organized and Detail oriented
Job Description:
Strongly Preferred Associate's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required, or a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Human Resources.
