  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting the implementation of marketing materials and communications, preferably in the financial services industry

DETAILS: Our client, a national financial leader, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support the review and implementation of marketing materials and communication materials for a company department. In this role, you will support the administrative aspects of the department including content review, oversight of regulatory review, publishing and distribution of materials and communications.

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience supporting the implementation of marketing materials and communications, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Experience setting up and sending automated communications, preferably using Eloqua
  • Strong proofreading skills
  • Experience with applying strict Brand and Style Guidelines to materials
  • Experience with implementing marketing and communication deliverables
  • Knowledge of AdTrax, or other related system, used to submit and oversee regulatory reviews of content
  • Knowledge of WorkFront, or other related system, used to project manage and track workflow
  • Strong writing skills with experience writing content research and audience strategies
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
  • Eloqua expertise
  • MS Office Suite expertise
  • Strong technical skills with marketing communication systems and regulatory systems
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate between different computer systems and learn new systems quickly

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Ability to interact with a variety of individuals cross-organizationally
  • Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically and provide timely updates
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to think fast, respond in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the review and implementation new materials, changes to existing materials and new communications (articles, updates, sales materials, emails, etc.) aimed at promoting products and solutions to advisors, clients and sales personnel.
  • Support the review and implementation of marketing materials and communication materials for a company department.
  • Support the administrative aspects of the department including content review, oversight of regulatory review, publishing and distribution of materials and communications.
  • Develop knowledge of company's products to assist in their execution of support tasks.
  • Review materials and communications for spelling, grammar and compliance with company Brand and Style guidelines.
  • Publish materials on various websites.
  • Send communications using tools such as Eloqua and Outlook.
  • Work on special projects related to supporting the rollout of the new custom advisory relationship product line.
