• Understanding Uniform dial plan routing

in the AURA Voicemail system
• Programming in Exchange Server
• Programming in Unified Messaging system
• Outlook 
• Understanding and navigating in internal CNIS system (training will be provided)
• Customer communication- templates (training will be provided)
• SharePoint- internal (training will be provided)
