Job description:

1.Strong skills in independently planning research activities for multiple projects, designing detailed experiments and executing tasks to produce constructive results to achieve project goals.

2.Ability to work independently, multitask and effectively collaborate with internal and external partners on projects and assignments. to meet deadlines.

3. Expert hands-on knowledge of chromatographic theory and various analytical instrumentations (e.g., HPLC, Dissolution, KF, UV/Vis, etc.).

4. Ability to lead associate level personnel to solve complex analytical problems. Proven ability to develop and verify analytical methods for drug substances and drug products for drug development and commercialization.

5. Strong ability to evaluate and interpret analytical results, troubleshoot experimental problems and lead investigations to resolve analytical issues is required.

6. Ability to transfer analytical technologies to commercial sites and contract labs, and trouble shoot quality related issues. Strong skills in office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point) and lab data systems required.

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills are required.

Background and experience:

1. Ph.D. and 0-3 years related experience or Master degree and 5-6 years related experience B.S degree and 10 years related experience in the development of analytical methods. Degree should be in Pharmaceutics, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry

2. A minimum 2 years of experience in the development of analytical methods to support drug development, analysis of data and writing of technical protocols, reports, and submission level documents is required.
