Job Description:

Enovia account administration and user support for internal and external customers:
Manage triage of incoming IT hyper care requests, provide IT bedside manner and solutions for issues related to training, account registration.
Enovia data administration: Process documentation changes related to Enovia transition.
Tasks to include:
•      Aid employee transition to Enovia software package.  Requires ability to learn Enovia software quickly and patiently explain and teach users. (The candidate will get help learning Enovia).
•      Manage and troubleshoot employee and supplier registration
•      Manage Hypercare team to triage and provide solutions to user and program issues
•      Perform file migration from previous system to Enovia
•      Process and release changes to specifications in Enovia as part of documentation team. More important to understand product documentation process than Enovia software specifically.
 
Basic skills that are most sought for this position are :
