International HR Coordinator

• Advanced German language skills required (50% of communication is in German)
• SAP skills required (50% of responsibilities are SAP related)

HR Operations
• Assisting the International HR Manager to provide overall HR services for CLIENT’S Group Expatriates coming from/going to all CLIENT’S Group locations worldwide.
• Facilitates on-boarding process for Inbound associates (providing guidance for necessary paperwork as employment verification's, payroll initiations, vehicle orders)
• Completes, updates and monitors employment paperwork (I-9; passport/ visa / i-94 expiration)
• Facilitates off-boarding for Inbound associates upon the end of their assignment
• Coordinates with external vendors such as Relocation and Moving Company.
• First point of contact for Expats on assignment related questions (German language a must).
Administers invoices and check requests.
• Tracks all payments for Year End Tax Project.
• Collects and prepares data for Year End Tax Project (cooperation with home HR, travel agency, Tax consultant)
• Collaborates with tax advisers and expats and executes tax related payments/repayments.
• Monitors and maintains the budget for International HR throughout the year (accruals, forecast, budget planning)
• Oversee and processes inter-company billing in close collaboration with home/host HR and accounting.
• Execute quarterly charge-backs according to the funding agreements in collaboration with accounting and other CLIENT’S Group colleagues in and outside the US.

• Experience:
• 2-3 years experience in a corporate or general office environment.
• 1-3 years HR Experience preferred
• High school diploma, college degree a plus

*Looking for someone with VERY STRONG IFT-SAP experience. 50% of tasks will require SAP
*Would prefer someone who speaks German
*Candidate should have EXCELLENT customer service experience - will need to be prompt, courteous, and open to suggestions
