Essential Job Functions

Benefit Administration

•    Answers employee questions regarding benefits and leave of absence.
·Assists employees with benefit forms and enrollment process.
•    Audrt and verities required bener• enrollment documentation.

Candidate Management
·Answers basic applicant inquiries regarding the applicant management system. escalating to recruiters where necessary.
•    Assists recruiters in candidate screening and scheduling interviews.
•    AssiSts a new hire with successful completion of employee on-boan:hng,providing system instruction and finalizing processing in systems

Compensation Program
•    Research employee files to investigate compensation issues.
•    Responds to employee inquiries regarding pay increases and performance reviews
•    Processes work feed in HR system in a timely manner.
•    Performs employee off-boarding duties upon notification of employee termination in the system work feed.
•    Conducts dai y employee termination audits and follows up with manager on pending actions or missing documents
•    Provides Compensation Analysts with general administrative support.

HR Reception
•    Greets applicants,employees and visitors and provides assistance with questions
•    Answersin-coming telephone calls.
•    Answers generalquestions regarding other HR services or refer callers to appropriate resources
•    Responds to HR e-mail inquiries.
•    Escalates inquiries to other HR staff as needed.
•    Maintains the level of supplies, routing mail,filing, record keeping, word processing, and other clerical support duties.
