Job Details:

Coordinate with Environmental Manager and Environmental team on tasks. Assist in administrative, clerical, data collection, and reporting tasks assigned by supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retrieving /uploading electronic documents to/from cloud based websites.
• Appropriately renaming, organizing and archiving documents into project cloud based websites.
• Print and assemble project submittal packages.
• Sending submittal package email to Document Control / Authority.
• Collect signatures on time sensitive documents.
• Setup and send out meeting invitations.
• Locating and distributing submittal package specific information to appropriate Design Leads.
• Gathering and organizing raw data into a workable form through spreadsheet software.
• Updating / creating logs to reflect current project /package phase.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc..)
• Good written and oral communication / Organized.
• Ability to troubleshoot
