Project Analyst

Engineering Operations team is devoted to the support of our internal Engineering personnel as well as our External Customers, enabling them speedy and efficient execution of projects. As part of this team, this project analyst is expected to : - Work on automotive Customer Engineering partners process - qualification, approval, onboarding and management, Statement of Work, specific project management, reporting. - Create and maintain necessary metrics and dashboards related to projects status and risks. - Collect and analyze data, enabling successful and efficient project execution - Help with document,HW and SW distribution efforts to customers, working closely with local/international teams - Regular executive and lead reporting - Help with Customer documentation and trainings, customer interactions, process and project management - Help with initiatives implementation and management
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a comparable industry with comparable role/responsibilities - Project Management or Business Project Analyst role where data is gathered using SW tools and meeting with internal teams in a multi-task environment. Experience with pro-actively driving new business initiatives to successful engagement. - Troubleshooting and analysis capabilities for use with internal SW tools such as Salesforce, CreatePoint, sharepoint, and Aggregator to troubleshoot basic licensing, documentation, distribution issues etc . - Proactively drive new initiatives/projects from beginning to implementation in a timely manner - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills - Analytical tools and frameworks including MS Office, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and planning/scheduling methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Wireless, telecommunications, or computer network industry - Detail orientation and ability to manage data from multiple sources and establish clarity - Critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently - Experience working with global teams
Required: Associate's, Business Administration and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering Preferred: Bachelor's, Business Administration or equivalent experience
