As a key member of the Consumer Marcom team, the Marcom Project Manager is responsible for supporting our digital asset management portal refresh and packaging refresh for the SanDisk consumer brand. Reporting in to the Sr. Manager, the Marcom Specialist is a primary interface between internal marketing, creative design, and production organizations. While supporting brand strategy, the Consumer Marcom team's success relies on synthesizing all cross-functional objectives to create and deliver highly effective marketing assets aimed at the consumer as well as proactively communicating team projects, status and workflow to all stakeholders, driving asset development schedules, understanding product marketing direction, and driving project reviews.

The Marcom Project Manager will coordinate with Marcom team members, the IT support team and business stakeholders to refresh the current digital asset management system by restructuring content cataloging, standardizing metadata, and managing lifecycle of assets for all SanDisk product lines as part of the portal refresh. As well as driving, scheduling and managing the creative development process of the retail package development, with handoff to the manufacturing production team of press-ready art files for the packaging refresh.

Responsibilities: - Assigning appropriate taxonomy to assets and organizing digital assets to established guidelines - Implement metadata based content management best practices - Ensuring workflow processes as it pertains to managing digital assets on the portal - Drive packaging workflow process, from creating production schedules, through creative development, design production and final delivery. - Proofreading packaging artwork, while coordinating reviews with creative team and stakeholders to ensure materials meet guidelines. - Evaluate ongoing progress and status of projects, track against milestones, manage issue resolution and take corrective action as needed. - Communicate project status, issues, approvals, risks and other pertinent information to functional teams

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required - 2 - 5 years relevant experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure to manage multiple priorities, often with competing and tight deadlines. - Solid project and time management skills - Good understanding of branding and marketing communications strategies and tactic - Microsoft Office proficiency
