Job Description:
  • Enovia account administration and user support for internal and external customers: Manage triage of incoming IT hypercare requests, provide IT bedside manner and solutions for issues related to training, account registration.
  • Enovia data administration: Process documentation changes related to Enovia transition.
Tasks to include:
  • Aid employee transition to Enovia software package.  Requires ability to learn Enovia software quickly and patiently explain and teach users.
  • Manage and troubleshoot employee and supplier registration
  • Manage Hypercare team to triage and provide solutions to user and program issues
  • Perform file migration from previous system to Enovia
  • Process and release changes to specifications in Enovia as part of documentation team. More important to understand product documentation process than Enovia software specifically.
