(Creative Services Specialist)

Internal Creative Services department is seeking a skilled Traffic Coordinator for a temporary position with a possibility of full time.

Responsible for managing the workflow of print and digital projects throughout the creative services team. The position works closely with the Creative Director, designers and editorial department to ensure projects are completed on time.

Responsibilities include managing the project workflow for all incoming projects, developing and maintaining production schedules and keeping all key stakeholders informed as to project status. Coordinator will work with clients to ensure that their needs are met with all projects, and to check for quality assurance (brand conformity, etc.)

The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization is critical.

• Three or more years of experience as a traffic manager/coordinator in an ad agency preferred
• Strong understanding of print project workflow
• Understanding of design fundamentals and basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• In-depth knowledge of the creative development process
• Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Can handle instructions well and be extremely organized and detail oriented
• Excellent customer service and is flexible and adaptable to all scenarios, while understanding client etiquette
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
