Professional Services Coordinator/Project Analayst

Location: Andover, Massachusetts
a support position for Capsules Project Managers and Technical Engineers, reporting to the VP of Professional Services.
This Andover-based position requires a high attention to detail with a strong understanding of Salesforce.
Primary responsibilities and activities include:
Act as Salesforce system administrator for Professional Services
Administer and maintain Salesforce objects
Set up and maintenance of projects in Salesforce
Run monthly management reports
Work with Finance to ensure projects are appropriately setup in SAP per contract terms
Manages logistics of client license order fulfillment
Send weekly open license report to pertinent members of Professional Services Manage customer portal access
Work with Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs department to process regulatory customer notices Order supplies
Manage set up of internal meetings
Plan events for Professional Services team
Position requires a high degree of flexibility with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills are necessary to successfully present Capsules message to individuals and groups in a professional manner.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or experience equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:
-Advanced knowledge of Salesforce -SAP (Business One) experience including workflow processing and order fulfillment++
-Strong interpersonal skills -Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Capable of working independently
-Must have excellent writing skills
-Ability to work within deadlines, track and monitor progress
-Must be organized, motivated, analytical and a capable problem solver
-Capable of working in a fast paced environment
-Accountability and ownership
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Experience in the Healthcare IT++


Education:
Required: Bachelor's, Business Administration or equivalent experience
