Manages Sales Demand and Sales Allocation Balancing Process for a >6B euro company
- Actively discusses and resolves customer issues for EVP Sales
- Constructively resolves issues between Account Teams
- Engage internal stakeholders to address supply issues
- Decides priorities on a daily basis to help meet customer demand
- Decides allocation of systems towards customer needs
- Decides allocation to maximize revenue, resources to customer timing
- Prepares MOR report and explanations for Sales EVP and SL OPS VP
Operates on tactical / strategic level:
- Accountable CAL (Customer Allocation List) & MOR (Monthly Operational Review) of Sales for EVP/VP/Sr
Director/Director Sales.
Reports and defines actions on the business impact
- Defines KPI's/Improvement projects and set targets
- Engages with and aligns senior stakeholders from different sectors up to EXCOM level
- Enables and drives stakeholders to make decisions
* Master degree with > 10 yrs of relevant working experience

* Is able to influence and is expert in one or more fields like:
Customer Management
Sales and Demand processes
Supply chain and financial flows with cross sector scope
Planning systems (e.g. MRP)
