Provides semi-routine assistance and support to one or more first or second level Managers, a department or an off-site office. Types, tracks and maintains correspondences/memorandums, arranges meetings and travel plans, arranges luncheons, makes and schedules appointments, answers, screens, routes and/or responds to calls, sets up and maintains files, reviews draft and finished documents for accuracy, orders office supplies, compiles information and completes reports. Answers questions relating to office operations and established departmental policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of high school diploma. Reading, writing and math skills required. Minimum of 3 years prior secretarial experience. Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree
Education:
Completion of high school diploma required. Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
