Human Resources Representative - Level 3

Location: Orlando, Florida
Must clearly demonstrate a load of 45-80 requests under management simultaneously.
Experience also must be in the last 5 years and show 3 years of full time fsp and 5 years heavy recruiting experience.
Must be a creative in sourcing candidates, think outside the box.
Employee must work in the office, do not work overtime without permission, secure laptop nightly, accurately record time.
Failure to comply with these items will result in termination.
Excellent communications skills to effectively speak to managerial/executive decision-makers.
Work closely with technology management to determine hiring needs.
Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications to develop a diverse pool of applicants.
Source, screen, and interview applicants and maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
Apply thorough knowledge of full, lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly.
Network within the technology sector to develop candidate flow.
Other duties as assigned to support the talent acquisition team.
Database management systems, SQL, HTML, XML, C#, ASP.NET, IIS, JavaScript.
