Finance Operation Lead

  • Assignment Description:Position can sit in Stamford and/or NYC- This is working with the OTC branch (over the counter products)
    • Act as financial & strategic advisor to the Regional General Manager
    • Manage all shared services agreements and financial controls
    • Manage and optimize all outsourced order-to-cash process operations
    • Ensure full team transparency over the financial performance of the business
    • Provide continual input on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
    • Oversee resource allocation and budgeting
    • Effectively and clearly communicate potential business risks in a timely manner
    • Proactively propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
    • Manage the execution of strategic business initiatives and standard business operations
    • Develop and monitor financial business modelling and strategic planning
    • Manage product supply planning process to insure accurate & appropriate inventory levels
    • Develop and manage business pricing and business spending approval process
    • Lead all business development strategic and financial activities
  • minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business finance, financial operations
  • Preferred experience within the consumer health products industry
  • Exceptional written and oral communication with C-suite executive
Summary of Work:This role will report to and provide strategic and financial input to the Regional General Manager. While overseeing the overall business financials and the outsourced order-to-cash accounting process, This role will also be accountable for all financial business modelling/planning, product supply forecasting, product pricing process, and all strategic and financial business development activities
