HR Administrative Assistant

Location: Santa Rosa, California
Major purpose: Help scan all employee files to assist moving to a digital department
Review employee files to ensure they are complete
Create new hire packets
Create termination packets
Review benefit documents to ensure they are updated and current
Coordination of interview schedules
Other ad hoc tasks as required
Major functions:  
Technical/Functional skills: At least two years HR experiences, ideally have some office management experience
Generalist experience at an operational level
Familiar with California employment law and HR best practice
Self motivated, flexible and comfortable dealing with confidential information
A drive to deliver outstanding customer service
Attention to detail
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, email and the Internet
