• Handle department manager's schedule
• Organize department travel, department meetings and create/submit expense reports
• Monitor due dates for projects and deliverables through MS Project
• Manage department targets and reporting
• Assist in PowerPoint presentations for the management within the department
• Organize shipping and receiving for the department
• Organize and maintain department suppliers
• Maintain department supplier
• Other projects requested by the department manager
• Enter Trade Assist/Buy back claims via CAESAR
• Enter previously repaired customer pay claims for Warranty extension and Class Action cases
• Review documentations for Warranty Documentations Specialist and as a 'language champion'
• Responsible for filing and tracking dealer Electronic Archiving System certification activities
• Responsible of dealer notification for labor rate approval (drafting and sending letters via email)
• Responsible for dealer notification for labor rate rejections (proof reading of letters drafted by Warranty Information Intelligence Manager (WIIM) and send letters via FedEx)
• Responsible for dealer notification for supplemental parts reimbursement rate approval/rejections (proof reading of letters drafter by Warranty Information Intelligence Specialist and send letters via FedEx)

Education – Minimum High School diploma required. Some college in relevant business area preferable
• 3-5 years of general office experience with some experience in an automotive environment highly desirable
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Comfortable with IT systems such as CAESAR
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• German language a plus
