JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
  • Assist BMW centers/dealers, employees and internal accounts with inquiries related to shipping errors, returns, claims, credit discrepancies, policies and procedures, including related research, tracking/trending and initiating corrective action with Dealer Services Manager / RDC Quality Control.
  • Monitor Parts Return Department activity including processing timeframes and quality of processing.
  • Report issues to Dealer Services Manager/ Operations in order to improve productivity and accuracy, make decisions on acceptance or refusal of parts and/or credit based upon circumstances, advise Returns Department personnel regarding acceptance of non-compliant parts received.

Requirements:

* Auto Experience a plus but not a requirement
* Logistics/payroll background preferred
* Previous Administrative experience required

Education:
* College degree not required but a plu

Software:

* MS Office (Excel)
