The client is requesting candidates that are local. Ones that reside in the Western Region are also desired; however, feel free to send non-local candidates.
At this time the client is only entertaining ones that can work onsite. No remote is offered.
About the role:
Contract resource to work on end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in the Epic Cogito Caboodle/Clarity Willow domain, some work may be necessary for Regulatory / State / CMS required filings (OSHPD, Cost Reports, FQHC, AHA, MU, JC) and other Pharmacy related Core Measures and metrics. Resource will identify opportunities to leverage technologies such as Tableau, Caboodle, Clarity or other Epic tools in the creation of reports to help improve and enhance the business practices. Works with and is a liaison between the customers, application teams and appropriate IT personnel when necessary on a regular basis to align technology functionality to operational processes.

Required Skills:
• Development: Strong MS SQLServer SQL, SAP/BOE Crystal Reports, Epic-Crystal integration (ECI), Epic Clarity Data Model (Willow Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, EpicCare Ambulatory or Inpatient), Epic certification or proven equivalent experience
• Consultancy:
o Advanced consultant communication skills and Software Development Life Cycle discipline: gathering & documenting and confirming requirements gathering, designing solution, coding, testing/validation, UAT, obtaining SME signoff & documentation. Ability to communicate both technically and in Client terms in a multicultural, interdisciplinary, C-suite to staff level, environment.
o Ability to coalesce related requests and offer solutions that satisfy multiple requirements
o Estimates work and reports time against estimates
o Provides weekly "Issue/Risk/Accomplishment/Plans” Status Reports for assigned work; identifies problems and issues and recommends solutions
o Presents to leaders
• Mentorship and instilling best practice: ability to transition work, train, and provide mentorship to junior developers on best practices, perform SQL code reviews, and peer reviews of deliverables
