The PJVDC Administrator will support the Facility Manager, Facility Specialist and Claims Administrator

Handle pre and post payroll activities including auditing of payroll and Maintaining hourly employee calendars and time usage. Reconcile corporate card for PJ VDC

• Reconcile corporate card for PJ VDC.
• Handle monthly organizational reporting.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, employee purchases and time clock issues
• Filing, assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end preparation and activities and respond to unemployment nonfictions and FMLA forms.
• Assist the Warranty Administrator with coding claims.
• Order facility office supplies

Education and other requirements:

High School Diploma
Payroll Training

Experience Requirements:
Certified PAYROLL Professional
3-5 years of payroll processing experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel User

Special Skills:
Strong problem solving skills
Strong auditing skills and attention to detail
SAP experience would be very helpful.
Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Able to create working spreadsheets (creation and maintenance of formula's, drop downs, macro's, conditional formatting, and document protection).
